Carpet Flood Repair

SAME DAY SERVICE: If you have a water problem during working hours call us and we will revise our schedule to respond as quickley as possible. When the technician arrives to do the job, they will give you a written estimate for the service required.

NEXT DAY SERVICE: If, a flood occurs when we are unavailable.

Take the following steps:

1. Stop the water source.
   
2. Have your maintenance person wet vacuum up as much water as possible. Remove wet padding if possible. Turn on any celing fans and put floor fans in the unit if available. Remember to always keep the windows open.
   
3. Then call Langenwalter voice mail 800/422-4370 and ask for a morning service call to finish the job. This will include re-installation, pad, deodorizing, cleaning or whatever may be necessary.
